GLEN COE
Tour Highlights: Glen Orchy waterfalls... Rannoch Moor... Glen Coe's valley and mountains... Clachaig Inn... Castle Stalker.
Glen Coe is Scotland’s grandest and most mysterious valley. Its beauty belies its bloody history as the setting for the 1692 Glen Coe Massacre. We take you there via Glen Orchy where we stop for tea and biscuits by the tumbling waterfalls of the river Orchy. We then cross the remote and deserted Rannoch Moor and down Glen Coe itself to the towering Three Sisters, three Scottish mountains looking over the glen. Lunch is at the famous Clachaig Inn, over three hundred years old and full of legendary atmosphere and 'craic'. After lunch, we head back down the coast towards Oban, stopping at Castle Stalker on the way, one of Scotland’s most photographed castles which made a grand appearance in Monty Python's film "The Holy Grail".Tour Prices
The Glen Coe Tour costs £27.50 per person.
